At Allpipe we have two fully qualified high purity welding facilities. Our in-house facility is 200 m² and fully certified to class 10,000. Our mobile cleanroom is also certified to class 10,000 and is 45 m² in size. We operate to ASME BPE or equivalent standards and utilise GEP standards in the Pharmaceutical and Micro-electronics industries.
Allpipe have the capability to sketch, prefabricate, boroscope, clean, seal, ship and install hygienic/high purity orbital welded systems all over Ireland, UK, Europe and beyond. We alleviate quality issues from site by prefabricating over 95% of all our hygienic/high purity piping offsite and we install our systems onsite with up to 40% less manpower.
