Pipe Installation

Installation is carried out at various sites using our experienced installation crews. Our installation crews are supervised by highly trained and motivated supervision staff. We implement strongly our health and safety standards via regular meetings with all employees on the health and safety aspects of the particular project and current legislation. We have an appointed safety officer for each project who ensures compliance and implementation of our Health and Safety policies. By regular communication between the safety officer and the site supervision, we maintain and expect a high standard of health and safety within all divisions of our organisation.

• Prepare method statements and risk assesments.
• Prepare installation schedule.
• Allocate erection materials and deliver to site.
• Install hangers and supports.
• Install Equipment.
• Install pipe.
• Supervise installation and co-ordinate with other contractors.
• Prepare tests and documentation for handover.
• Co-ordinate flushing / commissioning activities.
