offer a full Material Take-off service, which provides a wide range of activities
such as procurement and estimating, offering professional advice on job planning
and management.
Draughting and Sketching also plays a major role in this area, by a means of producing isometric
drawings of any piping system from an engineering drawing using "I-Sketch" computer
generated isometrics. From this, the Fabrication Shop, various field installation
groups and the customer can easily understand the requirements, as all the
relevant specification and information is contained in the sketch. The sketch
has limits which define the size, orientation and weight of the pipe sections
as well as the valve, bolt and gasket requirements for ease of fabrication and
installation.
Steel Detailing of Supports and Brackets is also carried out and sketches of various pipe supports, brackets and secondary steel pipe supports are designed and fabricated to meet any client requests and needs.
