Welding & Fabrication
Jacketed Pipe is one of Allpipe’s main specialties having gained much
experience in the field with major clients projects.
We have experience of fabricating the following materials:
- Carbon Steels
- Stainless Steels
- Alloys
- Hastelloy A,B & C
- Inconel
- Monel
- Snag Free Pipe
- Crome Moly
- Lined Pipe
Our overall fabrication processes consist of but are not limited to:
- Receive, check and store materials.
- QA all materials on receipt.
- Fabricate pipe work.
- Supervise fabrication.
- Clean and seal finished pipe work.
- N.D.E (% determined by specification).
- Store all fabrications in Laydown.
- Deliver fabricated pipe to site for installation
- Our pipe welders performance qualifications are in strict accordance with section
IX of the A.S.M.E Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code using qualified procedures
and equivalent European Standard B.S.E.N 287/288. In addition to this, preparation
and procedure for welding is in accordance with A.N.S.I. B31.3 Code for Pressure
Piping.(We currently have a total of sixty-three welding procedures in place)

- Weld history maps are made up for every project and this enables our customers
to have 100% traceability of welds.
- Material Test Certificates are also filed per isometric for traceability
X-Ray:
Allpipe have a fully certified X-Ray facility on site. This allows an uninterrupted
fabrication process while X-Raying takes place on our premises.
- Personnel trained and certified for "Visual Welding Inspections" To A.S.N.T Level 2
