The quality management system of Allpipe Engineering Ltd is accredited to ISO 9001:2008 and is aimed at achieving client satisfaction by consistently providing conforming equipment/services and meeting or exceeding client requirements through application of the system, continuous improvement and the prevention of nonconformity.
Allpipe Engineering Limited has defined and manages processes and systems necessary to ensure that material and equipment/services conform to client requirements.
One of our defined system to pro-actively help in this is the Quality Observation Report (QOR). QOR is a tool to identify and document quality issues in Engineering, Fabrication and Installation.
QOR allows all supervisors and clients to document and record their findings whereby the Allpipe Quality Manager and his team can ensure it is closed out to the observer’s satisfaction prior to the issue having to be punch listed at a later date.
